ERSA Team Evolution Hemel Summer League

This weekend we have the ERSA Team Evolution Hemel Summer League Race taking place on Sunday morning. This year we have a record number of racers taking part.

The Team Evolution bursaries will be awarded to the 1st male and female in the CH2 categories. The bursaries entitle the winners to free entry to the Team Evolution training camp taking place at the Hemel Snow Centre from 12th July to 14th July. For more details about the bursaries and Team Evolution your can look here http://www.ersa.co.uk/team_evolution_sponsor or book a place on a Team Evolution Camp at www.teamevolution.eu/booking

This Sunday three members of Team Evolution will be attending the event, and it will be an ideal opportunity for parents and coaches to chat to the Team Evolution staff and athletes and find out more about the set up. Programme Director Paul Telling will be accompanied by Sega Fairweather and Max Baggio, who will both also be taking part in the race. Many of you will have seen Ex British Team athlete Sega at the Milton Keynes ERSA race recently and here is another chance to see her racing.

The spot prize for the day will take a slightly different format for this race. Sega and Max will both be the last skiers of the male and females races. In order to pick up the days prizes you will need to estimate their first run times, add them together and the closest guess will receive more goodies courtesy of Team Evolution Partner Level Gloves. The time to ski the run is likely to be between 12 and 13 seconds as a rough guide. Every racer can submit an estimated time before hand -Your times have to be submitted before the start of the first run but you can also send them to Bernie at chair@ersa.co.uk.

Good luck to all the competitors taking part!
